After a completelu crazed out bunch of months of working way too hard, going half insane, soulsearching and heartbreak....
I got out again :>D
I spent the summer ... everywhere, I went to Tjechie and Germany with my good friend bram, the first day I got off work, when I got back I worked another week and left for the states... where I rented a car and drove my mom and younger brother around the whole east coast/canada/ great lakes area, and visited many of my american/canadian friends... had a blast, too much to talk about.
Then i got home for a week and a half, got a bunch of vaccinations and malaria pills, packed my bag and headed south!
I'm supposed to meet this girl from Texas, in Turkey. I hope she shows up, it's been a while since I talked to her, but I know she has a plain ticket, little reassurance.
We're supposed to go to Africa together, I'm really loooking forward to Africa, the ancient continent, the root of all human civilisation. I expect to find some real hardcore energies there, and hopefully lots of loving and kind people. I already have my wwoof membership with wwoof independents and I plan to write some people soon.
Anyways, I'm in Grenoble now, the south of France, with my good friend Yves who decided to hop along for a few weeks. We're going to climb a mountain today and visit the Bastille, I think it'll be a great hike!
The weather's sunny again, and I'm really happy being south again.
Spent all day yesterday in Rainy paris, couldn't get one ride, met tons of hitchhikers at the port d'orleans, where you get out of Paris heading south.
None could get a ride, eventually one girl whom we got to know after a day of hitching and playing banjo by the side of the parisian highway entrance...
She was from Berlin but had spent the last 8 months in Israel, an awesome creature, gave me inspiration and strength to start this weird way of life again... I love the road....
